Tina Shoulders is a designer and technologist who runs a non- profit that teaches teens to be digital makers and exposes them to coding called Exposure Camp. She is currently working on a startup, Todayships that allows teens to build social capital and explore different creative careers and is working on a startup. Tina works with St. Barnabas hospitals Teen Health Center as their technology consultant. She founded Exposure Camp in 2013, a non-profit that provides programming to teach teens how to become "tech makers,"covering everything from coding to content creation and graphic design. She is the Co-founder of the Bronx Tech meetup and is a sought after speaker in the areas of diversity in design and the bridge where technology meets health. Tina blogs on issues related to health, family and design and works for several companies as a social media strategist and designer. Tina lives in the Bronx with a toddler and a teen and is working to eek out time to train for her second marathon. She runs for her life.
